Intent Coaching Group, LLC, doing business as Intent Company (“Intent Company”)

1. Overview
The Intent Partner Program allows approved individuals to earn commissions by referring customers to Intent Company products including the Marketing Clarity Kit, the Customer Journey Blueprint Workshop, and the Intent Company Group membership. By participating in the program you agree to the following terms between you and Intent Coaching Group, LLC (d/b/a Intent Company).
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who apply through the official Intent Partner application and receive written approval from Intent Company. Intent Company reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion and to remove any partner from the program at any time for any reason.
3. Commission Structure
Approved partners earn commissions on verified purchases made through their unique tracking link as follows:
- Marketing Clarity Kit: 50% of the purchase price
- MCK Upsell: 35% of the purchase price
- Customer Journey Blueprint Workshop: 40% of the purchase price
- Intent Company Group: 20% of the monthly subscription fee, paid for each month the referred member remains active
Commissions are calculated on the net purchase price after any refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations. No commission is earned on purchases made by the partner themselves or members of their immediate household.
4. Tracking and Attribution
Each partner receives a unique tracking link. Purchases are attributed to a partner when a customer clicks the partner’s link and completes a purchase within the applicable cookie window. Intent Company does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party tracking systems and is not liable for attribution errors caused by ad blockers, browser settings, or other technical factors outside its control.
5. Payout Schedule
Commissions are reviewed and paid on a monthly basis, typically within 30 days following the close of each calendar month. Payouts are processed via PayPal. Partners are responsible for providing accurate payout information through the partner portal. Intent Company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or missing payout details.
6. Minimum Payout Threshold
A minimum balance of $25 must be accumulated before a payout is processed. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the following month.
7. Tax Responsibility
Partners are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on commissions earned. Intent Coaching Group, LLC may require partners to submit a completed W-9 (U.S. residents) or W-8 (non-U.S. residents) form before processing payouts. Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in delayed or withheld payments.
8. Promotional Standards
Partners agree to promote Intent Company products honestly and accurately. You may not:
- Make income claims that are not supported by documented results
- Misrepresent the features or price of any product
- Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive advertising practices
- Use Intent Company’s name or branding in any way that implies an official endorsement beyond the partner relationship
- Create websites, social profiles, or ad campaigns that could be confused with official Intent Company properties
Intent Company reserves the right to deny or reverse commissions generated through prohibited promotional methods.
9. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed. If the reversal occurs after the commission has already been paid, the amount will be deducted from future commissions.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Intent Partner Program at any time. Upon termination, Intent Coaching Group, LLC (d/b/a Intent Company) will pay any unpaid commissions for verified purchases made prior to termination on the normal schedule, provided the minimum payout threshold is met and no policy violations are present.
11. Modifications
Intent Coaching Group, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or the program structure at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
