Goal: Build trust and stay top-of-mind with every lead until they’re ready to buy.

Use consistent, automated, and helpful follow-up to turn more leads into customers — even if they don’t buy right away.

Most businesses follow up once or twice and then move on. But most customers don’t buy immediately. Without nurturing, you lose warm leads, waste ad spend, and miss easy revenue.

The TLC Follow-Up System

1. Timing

 – Follow up fast and frequently.

Speed to follow-up dramatically increases your chance of closing a sale. Frequency ensures you’re not forgotten.

Questions:

  • How quickly do you respond after a lead comes in? (Be honest!)

2. Language

🛠 Build Plan

  • Map out a 7-day follow-up sequence
  • Use at least 2–3 channels (email, text, phone)
  • Write or record a helpful Day 1 message
  • Add testimonials or FAQs to your follow-ups

  • Set reminders to re-engage leads who don’t respond after 30 days
