1. Ask at the Right Time

 โ€“ Timing is everything.

The best time to ask for a review or referral is right after youโ€™ve delivered a great result and the customer is feeling happy.

Questions:

  • When is your customer most likely to feel excited or thankful?

2. Simplify the Process
